The Vallejo Wine and Pizza Experience

Absolutely OBSESSED. This took all the thinking out of planning. Dough Bottega did it for me. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and the margarita pizza and it was amazing. Crust is so good and the ingredients are all fresh. You can tell it was made with love. Then headed over to Vino Godfather for the perfect pairings. 10/10.

Amazing Pizza

There are no words to describe how delicious the vegetarian pizza was. The owner also gave us a complimentary can of anchovies. We did open it and ate it with our pizza and boy did it elevate the taste.
We will definitely be ordering from Dough Bottega again.

We got this and the Margarita for our first time experience, and were really knocked out by the freshness and flavors. Been looking for this style crust in Vallejo forever. Thanks for ending the search! We’ll be devoted customers from now on….

ALOHA PIZZA

Terrific pizza!

I’d have to drive many miles to find pizzas in a class with this. Easily the best pizza in Vallejo. Incredible dough crust. One kvetch- they’re only “open” on Friday and Saturday.

I love the pickled Onions which cuts through the rich cheeses, love the thin crust and the peppery arugula. Will definitely order again

I love all of Dough Bottega's offerings! This seasonal Persimmon and Procuitto was an absolutely perfect pairing though. Their pizzas are always a treat.
