Best freshly made pizza in the area - hands down!

The Margherita pizza was amazing. The ingredients were so fresh. It is unlike any of the local franchise restaurants. You have to taste it! It's not just about the pizza. It is about the experience!

Terrific pizza!

I’d have to drive many miles to find pizzas in a class with this. Easily the best pizza in Vallejo. Incredible dough crust. One kvetch- they’re only “open” on Friday and Saturday.

So Yummy!

We picked up two pizzas and were blown away. They were wonderful! You have to give them a try.

Just perfect!

I love all of Dough Bottega's offerings! This seasonal Persimmon and Procuitto was an absolutely perfect pairing though. Their pizzas are always a treat.
