We got this and the Margarita for our first time experience, and were really knocked out by the freshness and flavors. Been looking for this style crust in Vallejo forever. Thanks for ending the search! We’ll be devoted customers from now on….
I’d have to drive many miles to find pizzas in a class with this. Easily the best pizza in Vallejo. Incredible dough crust. One kvetch- they’re only “open” on Friday and Saturday.

We had guest over and everyone gave Aloha thumbs up! Loaded with ham, fresh pineapple and perfect crust! This will be another favorite pizza during this season! Good pizza, chef!

I love all of Dough Bottega's offerings! This seasonal Persimmon and Procuitto was an absolutely perfect pairing though. Their pizzas are always a treat.
